TOSLA has marked an important milestone with the opening of its Super Factory, TOSLA 3, and its new headquarters, Pavlina, marking its transformation into a full-spectrum nutraceutical partner. Celebrated on June 5, 2026, the launch brought together partners and clients for a first-hand look at the company’s scale, capabilities, and forward-looking vision.
Founded in 2014 by CEO Primož Artač, TOSLA has grown from a food-tech company (Tovarna sladil) into an internationally focused innovator in liquid nutraceuticals and nutricosmetics. The new facilities designed by Triiije Architects and built by Nagode construction company, represent a strategic investment that increases overall manufacturing capacity fourfold while fully integrating R&D, production, and business strategy.
TOSLA 3 A Platform for Innovation and Scale
Integral to this expansion is TOSLA 3, a next-generation manufacturing facility engineered for advanced liquid nutraceutical production at industrial scale. The plant features four production vessels, each with a capacity of 25 tons—equivalent to approximately 55,000 bottles per batch, along with a premix vessel equipped with turbo mixing technology for complex formulations.
The facility’s fully automated filling lines ensure precision, consistency, and efficiency, contributing to a total annual capacity of approximately 45 million bottles. To illustrate this scale, if these bottles were placed end to end, they would stretch all the way from London to Tokyo.

This capability is reinforced by TOSLA’s R&D-first approach. The company operates with an extensive formulation and flavor ecosystem, including a library of around 900 flavors and access to more than 2,000 ingredients. Combined with deep regulatory knowledge and clinical insight, this allows TOSLA to rapidly develop sophisticated, market-ready products.
As CEO Primož Artač notes:
“This investment reflects our long-term vision to build an innovation-driven platform where R&D, manufacturing, and strategy operate as one system.”
Pavlina: Where Work, Science, and Community Meet
Pavlina serves as the cultural and collaborative center of TOSLA. Designed to support both productivity and well-being, it brings together modern offices, advanced laboratories, and thoughtfully designed community spaces that encourage connection, creativity, and informal exchange.

The interior is fully bespoke, crafted by Mizarstvo Filipič over seven months, creating a unified and refined environment throughout the building. Art plays a defining role in the space, highlighted by a striking, almost two-floor bronze sculpture by local artist Arijel Štrukelj, symbolizing a droplet of liquid captured in motion. Additional curated artworks and immersive visual elements, designed by Zmai Studio, further enrich the experience of the space.

Looking ahead, TOSLA is already preparing for its next phase of growth with plans for TOSLA 4, a logistics and warehousing center, with construction expected to begin in the second half of 2026 further strengthening the company’s global reach and operational scale.
With the launch of TOSLA 3 and Pavlina, TOSLA expands its capacity while simultaneously establishing a fully integrated platform for innovation, setting a new benchmark in the development and production of liquid nutraceuticals.
